How can I pay for my order online?

We currently accept all major forms of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept purchases through and purchases through PayPal™ accounts.

I just submitted an order, can I change it?

If you have already received a shipping confirmation email, then your Doc Tock order is out the door and on its way!
You can email info@doctock.com in a timely matter, and we will try to accommodate you. However, once it’s out of the door it’s also out of our hands on its way to yours! Additionally, please note that if you have engraving changes, we will not be able to exchange or refund.

When will my credit card information be charged?

You will receive a payment confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don’t see this within an hour, please get in touch with us at info@doctock.com!

When will my order arrive?

We currently offer USPS first class mail which typically takes 4-7 business days. Please contact info@doctock.com for international orders. There is also the opportunity to upgrade your shipping to priority for an additional fee.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We charge a flat $6 rate for all shipping within the United States.

Can I change the address on my order?

Email info@doctock.com ASAP after your order is placed and we may be able to change your shipping destination. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your medical jewelry will already be out the door. At that point there isn’t anything we can do.

What is your return policy?

If you have a valid return request (item is undamaged), please visit this page to fill out our form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the engraved items are not returnable.

What is your medical jewelry made of?

The Stainless Steel we use to make your Doc Tock jewelry is 316L grade steel. Any product with sterling silver is made with Sterling 925 and rhodium plated to reduce tarnishing.

What if I want to change the band on my watch?

We offer replacement bands to purchase separately. Email info@doctock.com for more information!

My Doc Tock product is damaged or defective; is there a warranty?

All of our watches always come with a 1-year warranty (but only watches)! If you have a problem, email info@doctock.com for more information.


I need to engrave more information than the order permits. Help!

How long does it take to personalize my order? Will this hinder my shipment from arriving sooner?

It takes 1-3 business days to process, engrave, and review by quality control specialists.
